    Tempt you to Temper?

Hidden underground in the heart of Soho, you could easily miss out on this hidden gem.

Temper, based on Broadwick Street is rather unassuming from the outside. With a BBQ concept taking influence from South America you can imagine how mouthwatering their menu is. As you enter you're whisked downstairs to a dining room inclusive of booths which we bagged on our visit.

With too much to chose from, we opted to try almost everything on the menu and shared - tapas style.  With tacos to start and flatbreads for mains it really was a feast. The highlights for me were the Scallop Ceviche taco and Cheeseburger Taco, Smoked Goat flatbread and Beef Fat potatoes. Even writing about Temper is making me hungry.

Because the dessert was so delicious I didn't even get time to take a photo as we devoured it within seconds. It was a cookie with a crispy lid and soft centre served in a deep dish. Quite hard to describe so you simply must go and sample it for yourself. To finish the meal off in style I had a fruity vodka based cocktail which the barmen conjured up for me!

Overall I would hurry back to Temper even if it is to eat x100 cookies.
