    Simple Smoothie Recipe | Avocado, Mango and Spinach

    Today I am bringing you a really tasty smoothie that will be sure to taste delicious and is perfect for those hot summer days (ps. Dear England - can we have some of those again).


    My parents kindly shared this recipe with me after my mum spotted it in 'Fit and Well' magazine. And it is full of goodness. This smoothie really makes me feel summery, especially with the mango in there! The spinach and almond milk is a good source of calcium and the mango boosts your Vitamin C.


    Ingredients:  

    Handful of Spinach
    Half an Avocado (the flesh - do not include stone or skin)
    1/4 portion of whole cucumber
    Handful of Cashew nuts
    2 Tablespoons of Mango Yogurt
    250ml of Almond Milk

    All you need to do is add all the ingredients together in your blender and top it off with the almond milk and blend. I saw a tip online that if you're worried that your blender is not strong enough, the night before you can leave the cashews in some water, so the next day they are nice and soft. You could even try replace the mango yogurt with fresh mango. If you do - let me know how it goes?


    This smoothie is really filling, creamy and I think it is so tasty. What other smoothies do you think I should try?
