The English National Ballet | Le Corsaire

I'm embarrassed that it's taken me 22 years to see a ballet...Nikki too (well, 21 and a bit). But since we both grew up going to dance classes, it seems almost ridiculous!
But that's now thankfully changed, as we were kindly invited to watch the latest English National Ballet production, Le Corsaire.

Review | Herons, Lyric Hammersmith ★★★

    Hi Guys,

Sorry that I’ve been so quiet on the blog! Having a broken wrist and typing was proving to be very stressful! I’ve been missing blogging so much that I’m making my boyfriend write this as I dictate. As a surprise treat for date night, I went to see Herons!

    The Old George, Bethnal Green

The Old George pub dates way, way back to the 1700's, and is a staple in the Bethnal Green/Shoreditch area. It spent some time closed, but reopened its doors in 2013, and now in 2016, it it has converted its entire first floor into a stunning restaurant.

    Hi Guys,

Before Martha and I headed to the ballet on Saturday, we went to have brunch at the amazing Ben’s Canteen in Battersea.

    The General Store, Peckham

This weekend was an extremely busy one; I hit the Lumiere London festival in Kings Cross, danced my socks off at a Justin Bieber themed club night, and then strolled down Bellenden Road in Peckham on Sunday. That's where I found this treasure, The General Store.

Wellcome Collection | Tibet's Secret Temple

The last exhibition I attended at the Wellcome Collection was 'yellowbluepink' by Ann Veronica Janssenns. It was an phenomenal installation piece playing with light, consciousness and perception. I thoroughly enjoyed it and commended the Wellcome Collection for putting on such innovative work.
Tibet's Secret Temple had a lot to live up to.

We all know there's one sale that counts, and that's the ASOS sale....it's beautiful banner is right there exclaiming, 'UP TO 70% OFF.' I mean who on this Earth could resist such bargains.
Their 'save for later' function is a total stroke of genius and now my saved items are overflowing.
